OPUS Projects

OPUS Projects use the OPUS methodology first conceived by by Erik Juhlin of OPUS International in Sweden and has been continuously developed ever since. The methodology helps you to take action to fulfill the needs of your customers and hence improve your business performance. It is a method of measuring customer satisfaction which also shows what changes are required to increase customer satisfaction and, hence, customer loyalty.
